Abraham Lincoln High School PTSA Bylaws – The rules governing the Lincoln PTSA.

Lincoln PTSA Teacher and Staff Grant Request Form Teachers or Staff use this form to request a grant from the Lincoln PTSA. If the grant is approved, a Payment Authorization form (see below) will also be needed for check to be issued. Email completed form to lincolnhhighshcoolptsa@gmail.com or deliver to any PTSA board member.

Payment Authorization / Request For Reimbursement Form this form must be submitted for any payment from the PTSA. No check is written without this form. Email completed form to lincolnhhighshcoolptsa@gmail.com or deliver to any PTSA board member.
